Changes During COVID-19

Medical Mask and Gloves

During these last few weeks, it really feels like everything in the world has changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our daily routines have certainly been altered in order to help slow the spread and keep each other safe. Many businesses have also temporarily closed to help these efforts, except for those services that are essential. Since ensuring that your homes and offices are comfortable regardless of the temperature outdoors is an essential service, we are still here and operating for you. Even still, the way we work has still been impacted, and we wanted to take a moment to let you know about some changes and new policies and services during this challenging period.

What We Are Doing

Our technicians are maintaining social distancing and following the best practices of washing our hands thoroughly and frequently and using hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available. During service calls, we are wearing disposable gloves for an extra layer of protection. We are also entering homes only when necessary and diagnosing units from outdoor areas. We are also offering contactless payments by sending text requests at the time of the service call so customers can then pay directly from their mobile devices. Additionally, we are sending pictures of invoices in lieu of paper copies.

What Customers Can Do

It is a good idea for customers to hold off on routine maintenance for your units until the stay in place orders are lifted. Of course, we will still come out if requested. If we do need to come out for you, please let us know if anyone is ill in your home, or if you are under quarantine from being sick or traveling to a high-risk area so that we can take all the proper safety precautions. Please help by maintaining social distancing when we are on site. Also, it is always appreciated if customers offer to operate the thermostat for us, creating one less point of contact. We are in several homes every day and are being vigilant in trying to stop the spread of COVID-19.
